London Diabetes Centre is excited to offer adults and children the mylife YpsoPump® closed loop system.This system offers the first high quality, hybrid closed loop system for young children, all controlled from a mobile phone using the CamAPS FX app.
The pump works with industry-leading Dexcom G6 sensor and allows parents to continuously monitor their children remotely.
Closed loop pump automatically gives extra insulin to fix high glucose levels, and stop insulin to help prevent low glucose levels.
The small insulin pump weighs only 83 grams including battery and filled cartridge. The bright, high contrast touchscreen allows good readability in varied conditions. This pump will be the only closed loop available for children under the age of six.
