        About Dr Jouhra

        Dr Fadi Jouhra is an experienced cardiologist based at St George’s Hospital London. He has vast expertise in managing patients with general cardiological problems. He also specialises in complex cardiac devices and heart failure. He undertook his specialist training of cardiology at leading teaching hospitals in London including King’s College, St Georges and St Thomas’ Hospitals. Dr Jouhra provides comprehensive heart check-ups, using the latest technologies in his practice to fundamentally improve the quality of life of his patients.

        He has a niche interest in implanting biventricular pacemakers and defibrillators (ICD) that deliver cardiac resynchronisation (CRT) for heart failure patients. He also uses latest pacemaker technology to implant leadless pacemakers (pacemakers without leads)

        He is also very passionate about remaining on the frontline of cardiac pacing and brings the latest technologies into clinical practice to improve both quality of life and outcome. He has always been able to achieve and maintain high standards of care by implementing quality and service improvement projects that lead to improvement of patients’ care.

        In addition, Dr Jouhra also has a special interest in cardio-oncology field, he spent his early years as a clinical research fellow in breast-oncology at St George’s Hospital, and he further consolidated his clinical experience during his heart failure fellowship at King’s College Hospital. His treatment is always personalised for each patient who needs necessary care.

        Dr Jouhra is a visiting professor at Brunel University London and a committee member of HFA (Heart Failure Association) for Education and Digital Health.
